Treichville, 30th January 2024

On this day, 30 January 2024, the UbiPharm Foundation is announcing the official handover of 4 state-of-the-art incubators to the Neonatology Department of the Treichville University Hospital in Côte d'Ivoire. This event is of particular importance, symbolising the Foundation's commitment to the most vulnerable populations.

The incubators handed over to the Treichville University Hospital, which symbolise commitment, love and hope, are worth a total of thirty-five million CFA francs. They represent a further step towards achieving a clear objective: to reduce infant mortality. The dedication, passion and commitment of all involved demonstrate the foundations and solidarity of this action.

At the award ceremony, Mrs Juliette EGNANKOU, President of the UbiPharm Foundation, expressed her gratitude on behalf of the Foundation to:

-Professor Samba Mamadou, Director General of Health and Representative of the Minister of Health of Côte d'Ivoire,

-Professor Cissé, Head of Department,

-as well as to all the collaborators and all those who have made this project possible.

Mrs Juliette EGNANKOU, President of the UbiPharm Foundation, explains: ‘The UbiPharm Foundation is more than just a donation. It creates a bond of hope and life by reinforcing the facilities of the Treichville University Hospital. Each incubator thus becomes a cradle of hope, a refuge where life triumphs in the face of the challenges inherent in prematurity.’
